Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This policy explains how ARM PAY handles cancellation requests, failed transactions and eligible refunds for services available through its website, app and partner accounts. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction status, the service provider’s confirmation and applicable payment-system rules.
Before making a payment
Please check the mobile number, subscriber or bill account, beneficiary details and amount before confirming. Keep your transaction reference and receipt. A payment marked pending must be checked before you retry to avoid duplicate payments.
Successful transactions and cancellation
A recharge, bill payment or transfer already completed and accepted by the operator, biller or beneficiary bank generally cannot be cancelled through ARM PAY. If you entered incorrect details, contact support promptly. We will review any available correction or reversal route with the provider; recovery is not guaranteed. This does not limit rights available under applicable law or payment-system rules.
Failed or pending transactions
If your account is debited but the service is not delivered, report the transaction to support. We will check its final status with the relevant bank or provider. A confirmed failed payment is eligible for reversal or refund of the amount debited, subject to reconciliation and applicable rules. Pending payments require a final provider response; do not treat a pending status as a confirmed failure.
Duplicate payments
If you see multiple debits for the same intended transaction, share all transaction references. We will investigate whether the entries represent duplicate debits, separate successful payments or unsettled transactions, and process any eligible reversal. Separate successful services are not automatically refundable.
How refunds are processed
An eligible reversal is returned to the original payment source or the same ARM PAY account balance from which the amount was debited, as appropriate to the payment route. We do not ask you to pay a fee to release a refund or transfer it to an unrelated third-party account. Any service charge adjustment will be explained with the transaction review.
Processing timelines and your rights
Processing time varies by service, transaction status and bank or operator. Support will communicate the status and available next steps. For failed transactions using authorised payment systems, applicable RBI turnaround-time and compensation requirements take precedence. This policy does not replace or extend those requirements. Contact support if the applicable reversal period has passed without credit.

Requesting help
Email armpay.in@gmail.com or call +91 9883845200. Share your transaction ID, date, amount, service type, status and a masked proof of debit. Never share your password, OTP, PIN, CVV or full Aadhaar number. Office hours: 10 AM to 8 PM; closed Sunday.
If a request remains unresolved, reply with the original reference and ask for escalation. Where a regulated payment provider is involved, its grievance process and any applicable external complaint mechanism remain available.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Applicable statutory rights and payment-system requirements remain unaffected.
